Pok's Baking Soda

Baking soda or bicarbonate of soda is used  in baking as leaving agent, for  bread, cake, tarts, scones and doughnut. Aside from cooking, soda has a variety or additional household uses and health benefits. Add 1/2 teaspoon of soda in water per 1 lb of fruit.
