At the same time, this herbal tea contains content that can be safely consumed in the winter period thanks to menthol and limited grass.
Licorice root is a plant that is very important to consume in the winter season. There are substances called saponin, flavone and coumarin, which are important components in its content.
Bitter grass has very important active ingredients in terms of seeds and leaves. There are beta carotene, calcium, various acids, amino acids, carbohydrates, neochlorogenic acid, iridoids. Thus, it has content that can be used regularly in the winter season.
SUGGESTION FOR CONSUMPTION OF GINGER MIXED HERBAL TEA
It can be consumed after infusing for 5-10 minutes by adding a filtering bag to a cup of hot water. It is recommended to use herbal teas without sweetening. It can be sweetened with a plant-based sweetner (dates, monkfruit, miracle berries etc) or honey as needed. The brewing method is very important in herbal teas. A filtering bag is added to the boiled water and it is expected to brew.
